We welcome you to St. Therese Public School. Since its inception in 1994, STPS has experienced tremendous growth. The school admissions process is designed to ensure students are placed in the appropriate grade level to meet their learning needs. To ensure a thorough and fair process and to aid in developing an understanding of the application procedure, stringent policy, guidelines, criteria and practices are in place to support the application and admissions process.
We are delighted that you are considering STPS for your child! The number of students enrolling in STPS has grown steadily over the years. This, we believe is evidence of the high level of interest in the quality education that we offer our students. As of July 2012, our student body stood at 1,340. Application Process
Applying to enter STPS is quick and easy. If you wish to enroll your child in our school, you can download and complete the Application for Admission Form.
Follow these simple steps…
- Submit an application to STPS completed and signed application form with the documents and items as instructed from our office.
- Applicants are scheduled for an assessment when there is a possibility of a vacancy and provided the application is complete.
- Assessed applications will be reviewed taking into consideration various factors like the results of the assessment, school reports, ability level, child’s behaviour etc.
- If the application is successful, an offer of admission to the school will be offered.
